Skincare

Grown Alchemist Hydra-Repair Day Cream

Face moisturizing AND primer, this facial moisturizer is my go-to for everyday skincare routine. The texture is super rich, and the smell always makes me feel fresh.

The Grown Alchemist Gentle Gel Facial Cleanser

The Bergamont and Rosebud scent makes this facial cleanser feel like a little everyday luxury. I love how it hydrates and exfoliates at the same time while still being safe for sensitive skin.

Eight Saints All In Eye Cream

Eight Saints All In Eye Cream

This eye cream feels like MAGIC – but you gotta stay consistent! It reduced by under-eye bags so much that my dermatologist told me: “I don’t think you need to add filling under it anymore…” Like what? Seriously, so worth it!

Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen

Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen

I had the hardest time being consistent with sunscreen… until this one came along. The consistency makes it melt on the skin, and it also works like a wonderful primer.

LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

Two words: Life. Changing. Since moving to America, I struggled with dry and flaky lips and tried tons of different balms, none with results as good as this one. Now, it’s an essential part of my daily skincare.

Journaling Essentials

Highlighters and Pens No Bleed:

Highlighters and Pens No Bleed

As someone who loooooves to use highlighter on my journaling routine and throughout the books I read, it was like a heaven-sent miracle to find this beautiful pastel set that has no bleed, like AT ALL.

Pastel Cute Highlighter Set:

Still talking about my love of all pastel things, these highlighters have some of the prettiest colors I’ve seen! They make everything look and feel more aesthetically pleasing (the light blue is my favorite!)

The Five Minute Journal

The Five Minute Journal

Beginner-friendly, this guided journal is the perfect way to start a journaling routine (and stay consistent with it!).

Sharpie S-Gel 4MM

This pen feels sooooo good to hold! I could write and write without my hand feeling tired or cramping.

Calligraphy Pens Set

Calligraphy Pens Set

These pens are the perfect beginner set to start with calligraphy and art journaling. I love the different sizes of brush pens and reeeeally small tip sizes for details.

Pastel Dual Tip Markers Set

I started venturing into art journaling, and this pastel set has been one of my best friends in the process! Beyond having gorgeous colors, the dual tip makes it 2 for the price of one. Love a deal!

Personal Development

The Mountain Is You: Transforming Self-Sabotage Into Self-Mastery, by Brianna Wiest

This book is one of the most powerful wake-up calls I’ve read in A LONG TIME. Breaking down not only what self-sabotage but HOW we self-sabotage and, most importantly, exactly what to do in each case… it became a go-to manual during any goal-setting journey that I always keep within reach.

Believe IT: How to Go from Underestimated to Unstoppable, by Jamie Kern Lima

This book is such a special one! Jamie’s story of going from a struggling waitress to the first female CEO at L’Oréal is breathtaking, majorly relatable (yep!!!!), and inspirational. It’s like Jamie grabbed some cozy Starbucks drinks and stopped by your house so you can sit on the couch and catch up about life.

Exponential Living: Stop Spending 100% of Your Time on 10% of Who You Are, by Dr. Sheri Riley

As a recovering toxic overachiever/perfectionist, this book outlined my first steps out of the overworking-burnout cycle. Showing me the possibility of a life where work doesn’t define your worth and life is waaaaay more than just how much money or fame I have.
