Affirmations can help you create your desired path and guide you toward your goals and dreams. 

But why? 

From today on, I want you to start seeing your thoughts as the filter that will shape the way you see the world and live your life. 

When you choose positive thoughts, you directly affect your nervous system. This will influence your daily experiences, choices, relationships, and outlook on life! 

That’s where the positive affirmations do their magic and why it’s so powerful to have morning affirmations!

Like with any activity, the more you practice positive affirmations, the better you will become and the more results you will perceive.

Do affirmations work?

But do positive affirmations work? Well, it depends on a couple of factors, such as the person practicing the tool and how it is used. 

Research suggests that affirmations can positively impact self-esteem, self-efficacy, and well-being when used consistently and in combination with other self-improvement practices (think journaling, meditating, exercising, having an intentional morning routine, etc). 

Affirmations can help shift negative thought patterns, increase motivation, and reinforce positive beliefs about oneself.

Yet, it’s essential to approach affirmations with authenticity and belief. Repeating affirmations without genuine conviction or effort may not bring the desired results. 

If you are having difficulty believing in your positive morning affirmations, try adapting them to be believable at this stage of life. 

For example, if it’s hard for you to believe when you say, “I am abundant in all areas of life,” try adjusting to “I am becoming abundant in all areas of life.”.

It’s a small change that significantly impacts how your subconscious receives the message!

Ultimately, the effectiveness of affirmations depends on how they integrate into your daily routine and mindset.

How do you make affirmations work better?

For better results, you can say those positive affirmations in the morning or before bed, in front of a mirror.
