I AM affirmations are powerful. If you are reading this post, I am sure you already know that! 

When following the Law of Attraction, they play a MAJOR part in helping us hold positive feelings and the vision of the life we are manifesting. 

But it is essential to know that some “best practices” need to be established if you want to have maximum effect with your affirmations. I made a lot of mistakes before finally understanding how to make them work for real.
