Hello you! My name is Isabelle Dias Merkel, a girl from Rio living in Georgia with the love of my life (aka my husband). I am a personal development specialist who also loves to be a homemaker. You can find me in coffee shops, listening to country music, and working on my business while researching what to make for dinner on Pinterest.  

After helping amazing women around the world create a life they love through my mentoring programs, I decided to create this blog. It’s a place where I can share everyday strategies for creating a life you absolutely love and becoming everything you were born to be!

I believe all women deserve to live a life they are absolutely in love with because when women are thriving the world gets better.

And this realization started from my own experience.

I’ve spent years struggling with genuinely loving my life and, if I’m being honest, myself. I’ve felt lost about where to start to become the woman I dreamed about being. 

Eventually, I was able to understand which steps every woman needs to take to create a life where she feels happy, balanced, and successful. 

And dear, they have nothing to do with getting a perfect body, the corner office, or Prince Charming. 

So now, it’s my personal mission to spread the word! 

This blog is the raw, honest truth of what really works to make things happen for you! Not tricks that look pretty on an Instagram post but are impractical in real life. I share what has been working for my gorgeous clients and lots of personal trial and error. So you can just sit back and enjoy reading the crème de la crème content while sipping a bubbly prosecco. 

Here is my secret sauce: it’s the truth that most of the process of creating a life you love involves crafting a fantastic relationship with yourself. But, I am also a firm believer in the power of making every day special. 

All of those little moments continually add up to your perception of yourself and your life. So, let’s make them count for good!
