Daily confidence building blocks

Building confidence is a life-long journey. But having small daily activities that focus on this goal can help you stay consistent and see results flourish.

Today I will be sharing with you some daily confidence building habits that can be sprinkled over your daily routine.

You can do all of them or just one of them. Mixing and matching according to your schedule.

I advise choosing at least one to start and then sticking to it for a few weeks.

After that, you can adjust as you see fit.

Confidence building schedule: start with your morning routine

The first hours of the morning are a precious asset when working on confidence building.

Research shows that our subconscious is more open to suggestions and reprogramming as soon as we wake up. So don’t take that for granted!

A few ideas of daily confidence building activities that you can have as part of your morning routine are:

  • Spend five minutes in the morning doing something just for yourself, from drinking water to meditating in silence. This will help you start perceiving yourself as a priority.
  • Spend some extra time getting ready for your day. When you give yourself that special time and thought, you start reframing your self-perception for the better.

A good way to do this is to start investing in everyday pieces that make you feel confident and put together.

Confidence building system: creating your daily routine

If you are a college student, stay-at-home mom, business owner, or corporate queen… Your daily routine has many opportunities for confidence building!

Here are some of my favorite confidence building activities for the main chink of the day:

  • Go for joyful movement! This is an approach to exercise that focus on pleasure and fun.

Instead of “punishing” yourself with workout classes you can’t stand, look for movements that make you happy and excited.

From walking your dog to dancing to your favorite 2000s playlist and even going for that spinning class. Do what brings you joy, and confidence will follow!

  • Start learning about something you love. Education can empower us in unique ways.

A deep sense of empowerment is built inside out when you start researching and going deep into your passion just because you want to learn more.

So spend some time reading books, watching videos, or even signing up for a class that catches your interest!

  • There is the concept called “little island of joy.” You take little breaks during your day to do something for yourself, decompress, and relax.

They can be as short as five minutes, and you can use them to do breathing exercises, read something, or open the windows and look into the sky.

Having a few during the day also increases your sense of priority.

Confidence building tips: finish with your night routine

Relaxing as you finish your day can offer precious opportunities to work on your confidence.

Here are some ideas to get you inspired:

  • Have solitude as part of your night routine. Solitude is the choice of spending quality time with yourself.

The more you do it, the more you get to know yourself and become comfortable with it. Make sure you have some scheduled alone as you decompress from the day.

  • Still tieing in the solitude, start a relax & reset your bedtime routine. You can draw a bath, journal, read, meditate, or do one of these things.

Have a routine that will help you relax and reset for the next day. I love to be wearing something comfy and gorgeous while doing this.

My current favorite is the Yitty Sattin Pretty set! It’s flowy, sexy, and so comfortable! I always feel like a gorgeous goddess when wearing it!

You can head to Fabletics and find this set and everything else fitness and loungewear your little heart desires, in sizes ranging from XXS-4X.

Visualize how you want your next day to be and who you want to be for this next day.

This will help you create new neural pathways aligned with the confident person you want to become.

Now, I would love to know: what is one of the things that help you feel confident in yourself?

Make sure to grab your new VIP member deal over at Fabletics, and take advantage of the HUGE sale they have going on!

That’s all for today! I hope you have a beautiful day, and I wish you all the love, my dear!
