How To Get The Most of Daily Journal Prompts
I hope you know that I’m 100% committed to helping you get results and creating a life you love in this blog. Seriously, I consider my life mission.
Because of that, I don’t want you to leave without some directions on taking full advantage of how life-changing they can be. Although simple, they can make ALL the difference!
Here are some of the best practices on daily self reflection questions:
Make it part of a routine
A night routine would work better if you are focused on closing the day in a mindful and reflective mood. But, if you think you will be too tired to do this in the evening, try using those questions as your morning ritual.
Be consistent
Like I said before, you don’t need to answer all of them at once. But to actually see results and keep track of your improvement, pick three or four questions that you will answer every day (to get you inspired, come over here to discover the perfect journals to help you keep up with that). You can change up the rest, but choose a few to stay consistent and compare answers through the weeks.
Write it down
If possible, don’t type. Research shows that you force your brain to engage more deeply with the information when you write it down by hand. It processes the details, and it digests the information in a way that makes sense for you. Basically, your answers get a special box in your brain. You can recall the message better and extract most of it.
But remember: you don’t have to be perfect! It’s ok if you miss a day or two; answer them just on your mind or skip some questions. What matters the most is that you are invested in finding ways to better yourself. Keep up the good work; you are doing better than you think!

All 17 journal prompts are amazing, but what I love the most are your suggestions for a better implementation. After that, it looks way much better to create a habit around journaling.
