Introduction to Confidence Boosting
I want to officially welcome you to the 7-day Confidence Boost Challenge, my dear! It’s time to jumpstart the transformative journey of becoming the confident woman you’ve always wanted to be.
But can I let you in on a little secret? Even though confidence boosts are all about feeling your best self right here, right now, everlasting confidence is all about building a solid foundation of self-efficacy.
If you are not familiar with the concept, self-efficacy, pioneered by psychologist Albert Bandura, deals with your belief in your ability to accomplish tasks and achieve goals.
So think like this: How much do you believe in yourself on a scale of 1-10? How much do you believe that you are “THAT girl”?
The higher the number, the higher your self-efficacy and ability to go through life’s challenges with grace, resilience, and self-confidence.
The main goal of this confidence-boosting challenge is to dedicate the next seven days to giving you some quick wins that will boost your confidence immediately and lay a solid foundation for long-lasting self-belief, conscience, and empowerment.
We are here for the long haul, baby!
Let’s take a deep breath together and start with day one of The Confidence Boost Challenge!
Day 1: Setting Intentions in Your Confidence-Building Journey
The goal of the first day of our confidence boost challenge is to set your intention for the next week and the confident woman you want to become.
Think of setting intentions as planting seeds for your future self. When you envision the confident woman you want to be, you take the first steps toward your transformation.
Your confidence boost exercise for today
Today, you will set your intentions for the next seven days and your future confident self.
Go to a place where you can be alone without interruptions for at least ten minutes. Sit down in a comfortable position, and have a pen and paper by your side.
Then, put some inspirational music on and light your favorite candle to set the tone and vibe.

Take this time to visualize that version of yourself. Close your eyes and imagine:
- How does she carry herself?
- What does the daily routine look like?
- What does she think when she looks at herself in the mirror?
Once you open your eyes, grab a pen and paper and write down the answers to these questions. This will help you get a clear picture of the future you want to create and who you want to become.
Beyond that, writing down these details solidifies your commitment to becoming her.
Day 2: Visualizing how to be a beautiful and confident woman
We did a simple visualization exercise yesterday, but we are taking it a step further today. We are doubling down on visualization for these first days because it is a powerful tool for rewiring brain patterns and personal beliefs.
On day one, your visualization was focused on the end results: life once you are already a confident woman, commanding any room you walk in.
Although that is a powerful confidence-boosting exercise, for some, it may feel a little “forced” since it seems so far away from the reality you are living at the moment.
To address that, today’s confidence boost exercise will bridge the gap between the present and the future. Are you ready?
Your confidence boost exercise for today
Today, you are visualizing your desired outcome and the journey toward it. By doing this, you are priming your brain and emotions to “stick to the plan” and feel more at ease.
Once again, find a quiet and comfortable place and set the mood with candles and music.
Then, close your eyes and imagine yourself going about your daily life. But as the days pass, you see yourself becoming more and more confident each day.
You see yourself completing this challenge and sticking with the commitments you are making to yourself along the way.
See and feel your evolution from where you are now to where you want to be. Visualize your path and how things will happen in the best-case scenario.
You will repeat this visualization exercise every day until the end of this challenge. You can incorporate it into your morning or night routine.
It’s okay if you only do this for a minute or two on some days, while on others, you can take your time.
The important thing is to stay consistent with the practice. This will ensure the best results.

Day 3: Finding the perfect confidence-boosting affirmations
If your thoughts shape your reality, why not fill your mind with empowering beliefs? Today, we are going “affirmation shopping” to find the perfect trio of affirmations that deeply resonate with you and your journey toward confidence.

Below, you will find a selection of more than 100 affirmations and inspirational quotes to shop around!
Pick three core affirmations that deeply resonate with you, speaking to a deeper part of you.
Don’t overthink it! Once you find these affirmations, your heart will know. The words will resound inside your soul, helping you see yourself and your surroundings in a way you might not have seen before.
Once you find perfect match affirmations, incorporate them into your visualization practice. Preferably, repeat your affirmations to yourself after doing your visualization for the day. You will do that every day until the end of this challenge.
You can also make your affirmations your new wallpaper or write on your planner daily.

Day 4: Digging Deeper with Journal Prompts to boost confidence
Journaling is a safe and free way to explore your thoughts and feelings. Today, our goal is to help you explore your innermost desires, beliefs, and dreams with a curated list of powerful journal prompts.
This confidence-boosting exercise will allow you to gain clarity and perspective on your path to confidence. It will help you identify what’s working, what might be a block, and what you need to pay more attention to.

Trying something new can go both ways: it will either boost your confidence or make you feel overwhelmed and not good enough.
The secret to finding a sweet spot and using the opportunity to try something new to build your self-efficacy is to take baby steps. Start by finding something that will be challenging enough to get you excited but manageable enough to fit your current routine.
